Polyamine hotmelt roll for back shoe lasting

PA polyamide is a high molecular compound containing amide groups (-CONH-), which is usually made by the polycondensation reaction of dibasic acids and diamines. PA hot melt adhesive is made by adding a certain proportion of microcrystalline wax and antioxidants to PA polyamide.

PA hot melt adhesive has the following advantages and disadvantages:

Advantages:

It has good consistent and uniform bonding².

It has good strength for pasting fabrics, and is resistant to water washing, oil and dry cleaning².

It has good shaping effect and can maintain the shape and texture of the fabric².

It has higher creep resistance under load, better fire resistance and heat resistance. Many grades have thermal stability up to 160℃.

Disadvantages:

It has no elasticity and cannot be used for fabrics or products that require stretchability³.

Poor low temperature resistance, prone to brittle cracking or cracking.

Requires high temperature heating to use, manual coating is not effective, wastes adhesive and is not environmentally friendly³⁵.

PA hot melt adhesive has the following main application areas:
