Phylon Sole UV Primer for Footwear

UV treatment primer is a compound originated from solving the adhesion problem of light-curing UV coating on difficult-to-attach materials. The original intention of the design of UV treatment agent is to deal with the adhesion problem of light-curing UV coating on specific materials, especially when the cross-linking density of light-curing coating is high and re-coating is difficult. UV treatment agent can play a connecting role, so that a layer of UV treatment agent is sprayed on the surface of defective UV coating before spraying topcoat, thereby greatly improving the process yield and saving costs.

UV treatment agent is mainly designed to solve the adhesion problem of light-curing UV coating on difficult-to-attach materials. Later, it was applied to the shoe material phylon and molded MD (EVA). After UV treatment agent UV irradiation, MD/phylon has the effect of chemical polishing, which improves surface wetting and enhances adhesion.

 

The application of UV treatment agent needs to pay attention to the control of UV irradiation equipment energy and irradiation time.
