YT-2020 is a non-ionic polyurethane associative thickener modified with hydrophobic groups. It has the dual functions of thickening and leveling, does not contain organic solvents, does not contain organotin compounds, and is a non-toxic, odorless, and environmentally friendly rheology modifier.
Features

Application
YT-2020 has a high shear viscosity thickening effect, and its thickening system has excellent fluidity and leveling properties. It is widely used in various water-based systems such as latex paints and adhesives, especially various high- and medium-grade interior and exterior wall water-based architectural coatings, water-based industrial paints, water-based inks, water-based adhesives and petrochemical water treatment systems.
The recommended addition amount is 0.5%-2.0%; it can also be used in combination with other types of thickeners according to different requirements in production, storage, construction and film formation to achieve the rheological performance requirements of the formula design.
