RHEOLATE® 299 is a 25% active polyether polyurethane associative rheological additive designed for waterborne industrial coatings, architectural coatings, paints, varnishes, gloss and high gloss coating systems. RHEOLATE299 provides efficient thickening in the low and medium shear rate range and has strong shear thinning properties. It is very suitable for spray-type emulsions, dispersions, water-dilutable clear coatings and high gloss paints.
RHEOLATE 299 is a high-quality polyether polyurethane associative rheological additive designed to improve the sagging of coatings and paints. This additive has excellent anti-settling effect and rheological properties, and is suitable for water-based industrial coatings, architectural coatings and paints. It ensures good suspension effect and pigment dispersion while reducing viscosity. Due to the use of high-quality raw materials and strict production process control, the anti-sagging effect is obvious.

How to use
RHEOLATE299 is an easy-to-pour liquid. In most systems, it can be added at any stage of production. For ease of use, liquid associative rheological additives are usually added later.
RHEOLATE299 is a highly efficient rheological additive. It is recommended to add the product slowly to the formula and give appropriate stirring time. Associative rheological additives do not require pre-dilution or pH adjustment. For sensitive systems or slow mixing conditions, dilution with ethylene glycol and water (1:1) in advance can make the addition more uniform.
Dosage
Add 0.1-2.0% of the total amount (according to the supply form).

Storage conditions
Storage environment is above 4℃ (40F). If it is accidentally frozen, it can be slowly thawed and the thawed liquid can be applied on the glass plate to check for particles. If particles are produced, it cannot be used.
